our company KOH-I-NOOR PONAS s.r.o., with its registered office at Starohradská 47, Dolní Předrněstí, 572 01 Polička, Czech Republic, IČ: 150 35 964, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, Section C, Insert 1022 (hereinafter referred to as "KOH-I-NOOR PONAS") would like to inform you that with effect from 1 July 2021 the registered office will be changed as follows.

Head office KOH-I-NOOR PONAS will be from 1.7.2021 at Na Vyšehradě 1091, 572 01 Polička, Czech Republic. Other data remain unchanged.

The above changes have no effect on the rights and obligations that our company has towards its business partners, nor on their rights and obligations towards our company.

We would therefore like to politely ask you to state the above data on all documents, in correspondence, in any action you take in relation to our company, especially on tax documents (invoices) issued by you from 1.7.2021, ie the business company KOH-I-NOOR PONAS and the seat of Na Vyšehradě 1091, 572 01 Polička, Czech Republic.
