Injection Moulds
KOH-I-NOOR Ponas focuses on design and manufacture of injection moulds, including stack, tandem, 2K and multi - cavities moulds. The whole Ponas team always pays attention to various wishes of its customers.
KOH-I-NOOR Ponas uses all available technologies (e.g. HSC milling, 5-axis milling, modern software, etc.).
Moldex3D is used for plastic injection analysis. This software is able to determine the position of an injection point, weld lines, pressure features in the part and part deformation.
Blow Moulds
Our tool - shop department dedicates to the design and manufacture of blow moulds for extrusion, stretch blow moulding and injection blow moulding technology. These moulds and accessories are designed not only for the packaging industry, but also for the manufacture of technical parts intended for healthcare, consumer goods and automotive industry.
